1. BOOKING AND CONSULTATION ?
  • I’VE SENT A REQUEST. WHAT’S NEXT?
    After you send your request, I’ll be in touch within 24–48 hours to learn more about your story and what you’re envisioning. We’ll walk through the details together, and once you’re ready, I’ll guide you through booking to select the best package for you, and finalize your booking to make everything official and stress-free.
  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
    I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak seasons. This ensures your date is secured and allows us plenty of time to plan every detail.
  • DO WE MEET IN PERSON?
    At Your Endless Frames, connection matters-I offer both in-person and virtual consultations. Whether we meet over coffee or connect online, we’ll go over your ideas, details, and everything you need to feel confident going into your session.
  • CAN WE CHOOSE THE LOCATION?
    Absolutely. You may select meaningful locations, or I can recommend beautiful spots that complement your vision.
  • DO YOU TRAVEL FOR EVENTS?
    Your schedule matters.Changes or reschedules are always managed with attention and consideration, so your memories stay stress-free.
2. AFTER THE SESSION- YOUR MEMORIES DELIVERED ?
  • WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES
    After your session or wedding, each image is carefully selected, edited, and retouched to meet the highest standard. Delivery times vary depending on the type of session:
    • Weddings: Typically, 6–8 weeks
    • Special events, portraits, or lifestyle sessions: Usually 2–3 weeks
  • HOW WILL WE GET OUR IMAGES?
    Photos are delivered through a private online gallery, thumb drives, making it easy to view, download, and share your memories. For those who want tangible keepsakes, fine art albums and professional prints are also available—so your story can be relieved for years to come.
  • DO YOU OFFER PRINTS AND ALBUMS?
    Yes! I offer professionally designed albums and high-quality prints to preserve your memories beyond the screen. These are available as an optional add-on, allowing you to choose the pieces that best tell your story.
3. POLICIES ?
  • WHAT IF PLANS CHANGE?
    Flexibility is part of the experience. Adjustments or rescheduling options are handled thoughtfully and stress-free.
  • WILL OUR IMAGES BE SHARED PUBLICLY?
    Select images may be shared as part of the Your Endless Frames portfolio. Privacy requests are always respected.
